Reservations canceled within 72 hours of booking confirmation are eligible for a full refund unless arrival falls within that 72-hour period.
After 72 hours, reservations are non-refundable. If the dates are rebooked, a partial credit may be offered at our discretion.

Guests will be personally welcomed at check-in and met by the host for building access and fob handoff. Arrival details will be coordinated directly prior to check-in. Guests are responsible for the fob during their stay and will meet with the host again at checkout for its return.
